ADERINOKUN DAVID OLUMIDE

Chief Olumide is presently a proprietor and Managing Director of various companies including Davade Trading Ltd, Shermans Homes Limited,etc. He is a renowned businessman/philanthropist. His interests (aside from the major real estate business) include oil & gas, agriculture, importation & exportation, general trading. Mr. Olumide boasts of vast knowledge and experience in the field of building construction, property management, sales and ageney having pioneered many construction projects within Ajah, Lekki, Ikoyi and Lagos State environs. His knowledge is a major asset to the company.

MANAGER

OLAIDE YUSUF OLADIMEJI

Mr. Olaide is a graduate of Lagos State University. He boasts of over a decade of experience in the banking sector, majorly in the marketing section. He also had a brief stint in the beauty products marketing industry. He was also a marketing team lead in the insurance industry. He has wide experiences in general sales and marketing particularly in the real estate industry. He comes to the company with additional reinforcement particularly as it concerns project management and sales.

ARCHITECT

AYANTOLA IBUKURO JOSEPH

Mr. Ayantola is the company’s architect. A graduate of the Lagos State Polytechnic, Mr. Ayantola is a versatile architect having worked on many projects within and outside Lagos even before joining the company.Being a consultant before joining the company, Mr. Ayantola comes with a load of experiences in the building industry.

OMOLOLA AYODELE

Omolola Ayodele is a graduate of Entrepreneurship and Business Management from Osun State Polytechnic. She also holds a National diploma in Business Administration from Osun State Polytechnic. She is an expert in Health and Safety Environment, with certificates from various trainings in Office Management and Customer Service.
